Happy Day! in the Bradenton diving community when Justin took over as the manager of Scuba Quest . The service is now knowledgeable, considerate and pleasant . The atmosphere is now terrific and we can all look forward to our next visit.

Pretty much the same experience as other reviewers. Walked in the store and was treated like I was interrupting there day. Would never give them any of my money.
I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had at a store. I will never, ever shop at Scuba Quest again. Customer service is the only way a local shop can stay in business. You wont get any service at Scuba Quest so you might as well buy on line and save a bundle.
I walked in this store with \$2,000 cash in my pocket, ready to sign up for the classes and purchase my gear. Once I met the dive instructor/manager(short dark haired guy), I walked out and drove 35 miles for the classes and gear. He was such an ass I decided there was no way I was going to spend that money in his shop!! The sad thing for him is that I live 10 minutes from his shop and dive at least once a week. I took a scuba class there. The store manage berates and puts down his students. He is the lead instructor. He called one student a retard. I cant believe they have repeat clients. The employees are ok but their boss is not good with people. I would drive an additional 40 miles rather than go there. I went in there several years ago to buy a complete set of gear and was ignored. I went to Ocean Pro and bought there.
