Nicole who answers the phone at this location is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE AND VERY ARROGANT YOU WOULD'VE THOUGHT SHE WAS SHARON. IGNORANT AS HELL !!! Nicole should definitely be retrained on customer service, as she don’t even know how to talk to customers and the managers don’t help either terrible service terrible customer service over the phone!!!
This is the absolutely worst bank. Everything is insanely manual. They have an app but it does nothing but balance and an often failing check deposit. Everything else needs to be done in person or postal mail. If you go on vacation anywhere outside your state you will get a text asking if it was you. No matter what you respond your card will be shut off. If this happens outside bank hours you have no access to your money.
