I've been with this bank for almost 40 years. First as Crescent, then as Sharon. The difference came IMMEDIATELY following the merger. Before, you could call any branch. They knew you by name and you knew them. Now...no way of even getting a human on the phone. I've tried numerous times. I've never had a bank or credit card company where you can't speak to someone. They were perfectly fine until their disastrous new Online Banking system rolled out. The new system is terrible, confusing, and bill pay doesn't work properly on mobile (when it works at all). There is also no accurate pending transaction view so it's entirely possible to overdraft accidentally. I had to move my checking account away because it was becoming too cumbersome to do basic banking.
