I knew exactly what I was going in to buy, so it was all very easy. The free delivery was a big plus for me.
Good deal on carpet, nice fitters however any after care from customer service is dreadful, they do not communicate or call back there for you repeat and chase constantly. Any details you need for proof of payments or paperwork well that’s impossible to get. I was meant to have a cal back the same day Monday and it’s now Friday? Guess I will be chasing again. Dreadful customer service.
