SCS Chelmsford, what a lovely experience we had with Sales Advisor Paul, he gave us all the information we needed to find a sofa suitable for our needs, nothing was rushed he took time to make sure we were completely happy with our purchase and enjoy our experience while choosing a new sofa which I am very happy to say was delivered to us today less than 24hrs after purchase was made. Amazing , them a visit you won't be disappointed.
Not a bad experience, but not great either. Went in yesterday to browse and was followed around the store which was really awkward. I’d advise the staff to back off a little, and let customers come to them when they’re ready. I must say though, they had some beautiful sofas, in particular the lazyboys, they were special!
Thank you to the SCS Chelmsford team! Shannon and the store manager were extremely welcoming and helpful, and we ended up walking away with a beautiful set. We have already recommended the team to our friends and family, and will certainly be returning in future! Thank you again!

We entered the store and was greeted by Nick a pleasant helpful man who left us alone to try out living room furniture, wasn’t a pushy person and was knowledgeable with the products in store, he gave us a breakdown of the total price with payment options that suited both parties, over all a easy process and certainly a furniture outlet I would recommend to friends and family
