Sruples Hair Design gives a great cut! Marcia and the staff at Scruples are wonderful. She has always taken the time to listen to how I would like for my hair to look. I have had my hair cut, foiled, and styled by her and she does an excellent job. She gives a great hair cut and even as my hair grows out, the shape still stays in my hair. Scruples is awesome! Scruples Hair Design is Awful and rude I had hairdreams put in a week ago with Jai Ja. I spent 600 to put these in and spent 4 hrs in his chair. He prosceeded to cut the hairdreams to blend in and he cur ALL my length off around my face that I just paid for. I was upset and told him he cut it off. I called back that night and he wouldn't fix it. The owner Marsha will not return my phone calls and I was told by H|Jai Ja that they won't do anything about it.
