I bought an outfit there yesterday paid $38 for it and the shirt would up being a size 2 small and they would not swap it out and even swap for a brand new shirt for a brand new shirt. They will not get my business again. I was not told that the clearance items were final sales until after I had done bought the shirt. After a being a customer for over a decade, I will not be shopping here anymore. I had 2 shirts monogrammed and the coma was left off one between the name and credentials. I was told I would need to double pay for the error to be corrected. 1. the other monogram was done at the same time and correctly 2. I thought it was common knowledge to put a coma to separate credentials, otherwise, it just looks like random letters behind your name. Very unprofessional customer courtesy.
