Amazing and helpful service! Tyler went above and beyond to find the perfect scrubs to fit my needs. She made several trips to the back to check stock. She was very knowledgeable about the products as well as encouraging on the scrubs they had to offer! 10/10!
I bought an outfit there yesterday paid $38 for it and the shirt would up being a size 2 small and they would not swap it out and even swap for a brand new shirt for a brand new shirt. They will not get my business again. I was not told that the clearance items were final sales until after I had done bought the shirt. I have an outfit that I can’t even wear that I paid $38 for and I only have the pants to wear. Wish I had came on here to see their reviews before going there. After a being a customer for over a decade, I will not be shopping here anymore. I had 2 shirts monogrammed and the coma was left off one between the name and credentials. I was told I would need to double pay for the error to be corrected. 1. the other monogram was done at the same time and correctly 2. I thought it was common knowledge to put a coma to separate credentials, otherwise, it just looks like random letters behind your name. Very unprofessional customer courtesy.
