I went to this location to pick out my new scrubs for my job in the veterinaey field- only problem is my scrubs are Olive! Which isn't the most common shade you often see scrubs in. Lyra went out of her way to make sure the brands I was interested in also came in the shade I needed, and even helped me find them in the store. She was very kind and patient with me as I made my decisions!
Went by today to purchase some scrubs! My body is shaped very weird. Arms are too big for some scrubs but Toni helped me so much! She knew where to direct me to and found my perfect fitted scrubs.
Andie and Lyra have helped me immensely!! Always great customer service and goes above and beyond. Ive come into this location a few times with odd requests and each time they have gone out of their way for me when they didnt have to, thank you!!
I went into the Grapevine location a few days ago to get new scrubs after giving birth and was NOT looking forward to it. I had my baby with me and he was extremely fussy but the saleswoman there, Toni, was AMAZING and helped me pull scrubs. It was quick and I was out in 20 minutes!
Ok I walk in there’s no music or greeting from the worker. I proceed to ask if it was ok to try on some scrubs and honestly I tried a few pairs and left. I couldn’t be in the silence of the place. Nonetheless, with someone who has no people skills. 👎🏻
