I had such an awesome experience thanks to Christa! She helped me find the perfect pair of scrubs and made the whole process so easy and fun. A very nice woman, who I assume is the owner, helped me pick out the best scrubs for my body type and was extremely kind throughout the whole experience. She picked out every top and bottom that I tried on and made the whole process very quick, easy, and enjoyable. 10 out of 10 recommend!
Went to return a couple items today and had amazing customer service but when I went the first time Lisa the manager was beyond rude and didn’t know what she was doing and seemed so aggravated like she couldn’t be bothered to even help customers the store is so big and overwhelming for ppl who’ve never been and she really made my experience awful
I was approached by Lisa at this location after she had told whoever she was on the phone with "I have to call you back" as she looked straight at me. There was someone else in the store, but Lisa didn't seem concerned with them. Lisa did not greet me, she began our experience with "What are you looking for". I then told Lisa what I was looking for and instead of pointing me in the right direction, she decided to be my chauffeur.
