amazing customer service !!
Jason was great!!! Customer service on point and desirable prices. An all together great experience! That’s why I’ve been coming since they opened the doors!!
Purchased uniforms and the sale stickers are very misleading. There were stickers said 7 & 10. No where was there a sign that showed the prices by color code. It wasn’t until after paying for the items was it explained, after questioning the prices & no the sales lady did not help at the beginning. She stood behind the counter the entire time ~ very poor customer service. Worst part is after spelling the last name for her. She spelled it completely wrong and not even close to what I spelled for her.
Very disappointed. I ordered a uniform more than four weeks ago and was told it would take two weeks. Today I went there and found out there’s a problem between them and the manufacturer, and I was never given a call to let me know about the issue. Now I still have no uniform after 5 weeks of waiting.
