My son had knee surgery in December and had to go to physical therapy here. We had assumed the insurance would cover all therapy. We were wrong. Instead of sending us a bill for the 30 visits for December. We were billed monthly which goes into 2013 so we got stuck having to meet the deductable again which is wrong. It they would have sent the total bill in December it would have been paid. Very angry.
