I have a mortgage discharge, ScriptaLegal has spent over 7 months on it, while I kept sending status update requests, however it still nothing happen - The Registrar refused to publish the discharge document probably due to ScriptaLegal poor documentations work . Now they give me a new ETA - the whole process would be expected for almost ONE YEAR !!!
