horrible place with awful staff & stale food – Unbelievably rude staff! If u complain about something, they totally dont care making rude very unprofessional comments. If ur 5 minutes late they wont sell you a ticket unless someone else is already in there as they dont want to pay 4 heating the room apparently.Employees was so rude it ruined the first 1/4th of the movie for me as I could not get their rudeness out of my mind. I live in the Continent. Unfortunately, my experience at The Screens movie theater was NOT good. In two words...IT'S FILTHY !!! There's food and trash on the floor and the staff is not friendly. If the health department ever inspected this place, they'd close them down. I wonder why the owners of the theater don't hire competent people to run the place. I doubt if anyone goes there for the second time.
the staff ruins the movie experience – hate this place due to the employees repeated problems with staff forced us back to cinemark on bethel even though I find this theatre more comfortable and has bigger theatres. Also had problems at their sister theater on brice road (same ownership) went there 3 times at last showings (9 pm ones) and doors were locked even though we were early..they did not even bother to open. Really Bad Experience – I decided to visit The Screens for the first time with my daughter and two of her friends. My first complaint is if you are paying by credit card you HAVE to spend at least $10.00, so I had to buy something extra just for them to take my credit card. (which a small pop is $3.50) Second, we went to the bathrooms. They reeked so badly of urine that one of the girls thought she was going to get sick. They were really bad. Gross. Under Bad Management – I was refused a refund for my bad experience, which included bad food and poor sound and picture quality.
Amazing place for such great prices :). – The Screens is a great movie theater to attend. Not only are their prices in check but the movies are in high quality. I can't wait to go to the screens again!
