Tim White, with his crew Jason and Josh, did a GREAT job helping me look at options, finding the right value and installing an all new sound system in my 23' Regal bowrider. These guys specialize in and really know the ins and outs of marine sound systems.
Amazing customer service! Brought a broken tower speaker grill cover in hoping to find a replacement. They didn't have the exact match, but gave me four new grill covers so they all would match on the boat and fixed a broken speaker wire connection... all for no charge! Would highly recommend Scream Marine without any reservations. Will definitely be returning here whenever need any audio help!
Great Products - beyond exceptional service! Scream Marine treats every level of customer as if they are the most important. Short version, I wanted a pair of Wet Sounds Recon 6.5s to upgrade the sound quality on my 20 yr old Baja Outlaw 20 with a basic fusion in dash with no external amp. I was referred to this company by a friend who used their mobile guy, Michael recently. Trip charge of $200+, ok fine. I told him exactly what I wanted done, he looked over my boat and told me in a very rude and aggressive manner that "we" were not going to do what I wanted but "we" will do what he wants. He informed me he is the expert and I'm not he know what he's taking about. I will take my business elsewhere, who will actually listen to what I want done and not treat me poorly.
