Mum was treated well for the first three weeks then it changed. She would be waiting for ages when she pressed the call button (as mum was bedbound and couldn't feed herself), then they took the button away from her and hooked it up so she couldn't reach it. They were trying to feed her and give her drinks too quickly making her choke as she was being rushed. It's not the staffs fault as they do try but they are under staffed. Mum hated every minute in there and sadly passed away before we could get her out. Really not happy... read more
