impossible to get anyone on the phone. Wait for the next available clerk and you get an automated goodbye followed by a hangup.
I tried to pay my bill on line, I didn't know what CSC was so I called and asked. She didn't know!~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What!!! They want a large amount for paying on line also NO WAY. So now I have to pay the old way by mail, have to get stamps.. WHAT.... Susan
