Anna’s elevate class is a truly amazing experience. Don’t be fooled by her calm demeanour; she is an expert at inflicting muscle torture!! Her cues are spot on and just when you think you might collapse in a trembling wreck, you’re on to the next challenge. I always leave her classes energised and humbled!!
I started going to Scout when pregnant and loved the range of pre and post natal classes they have available (and the non pregnancy ones too). Beautiful studios and great teachers all around. Highly recommended.
I’ve started going to Scout in 2022, back when they only had one branch in St. Peters. Since then, I’ve attended almost 100 classes, taught by multiple teachers and branches. The quality of the teaching and the vibes in the studio are consistently great. Special shoutout tho to Mandi for Reformer Essentials and Yoga Restore, and Georgina for Reformer Stretch!
