The reviews from most are sharing the misleading time frames of S&N. We have felt with this multiple times, told our items is going to ship in April and now it’s May and “in stock” but they claim per their policy it will still be 3-4 weeks to ship. It’s an absolute joke. We are either going to cancel this order or never order from them again. DO NOT trust their “delivery / ship times” they deceive you so you order from them.
Ordered late August and on September 12 I was told my order was in stock and preparing to ship. As of October 15 I reached out again and was told they still have not shipped and although the items are in stock they still should not actually ship until mid November now. It’s wildly misleading to tell your customers that an item is in stock, is preparing for shipping and after 3 months wait, the order might actually get delivered but no guarantees. Ordered 2 chairs & 1 side table 6/3/21, estimated "availability" mid-August; I was hoping to get delivery by 9/10/21. My items arrived in Austin TX & shipped from there to the Denver delivery company: NAVIS PACK & SHIP for "white glove" delivery into my home. Friendly Scout & Nimble order manager & customer service reps called Keith (as did I) to no avail... occasionally you could leave a message...but no call back.
