Love this place and christopher is amazing
Please beware when ordering a bed through this business! I ordered two single beds in October, paid a deposit as requested. On the 4th of December was asked to transfer the remaining balance for the beds as the delivery truck had been booked for the following day and could I please send proof of the transfer. Appalling customer service !! DO NOT order beds from here - do your reseach (copying Empire beds)
WARNING I made two purchases from this business; two double beds in 2019/2020 and one queen and one single in 2023/2024. The first order was perfect save for delays and some wrong screws. Such was the first experience, I trusted the business with another order. The second order arrived after many delays and is in a horrible state. The single bed has the wrong bottom frame and does not fit together. The Queen is two different types of finishes (mat and gloss) between the head and the bottom. We ordered a bed back in August and were told it would be delivered in October. It is now December and I am sick of hearing the excuses. I was told some weeks ago it was being powder-coated, then I was told it was about to be sent to the powder coaters, and most recently I was told they were waiting on parts for the bed and it would be sent to be powder-coated this week.
