Scotty Browns has a great range of bikes and Scotty spent time talking me through what would suit me. I never felt under pressure to buy from them. Great bike fit assessment done and tweaking of set up. Scotty’s team looked after me very well.
I went into Scotty Browns with a few vage ideas and lots of questions about buying a hardtail mountain bike. I was immediately welcomed, and felt valued. My uncertainties about the many difference options were all listened to. At no point did I feel that I was being led to any particular bike or brand.
