The service culture at Scotty Browns is the best ( in fact they could run some training courses for other retailers). They are interested, knowledgable, experienced and they generally seem to care. A great team with great products and service.
Quoted me $45 to pack a bike for air, charged me $90. Wrapped everything with packaging unessesarily. Had to open box and strip all the packaging to try shed some kilos.Dont quote one thing and charge another.

Bought a road bike (Factor One) from Scotty and the crew. I can't say enough about the customer service from the entire team including the service department. Excellent insights, proper advice and bend-over-backwards service that I thought was a thing of the past. Bikes cost money... lots of money; that said, it doesn't have to hurt and my experience at Scotty Browns Bike Emporium has left me smiling. Well done gentlemen. Well done.
