Wow. What brilliant service. Scottie, Matt and the team were great. They took me through my new e bike explaining everything and then got me to test ride two different frames sizes to be 100% sure of my purchase. This was my first experience with SBBE and cannot rate them highly enough. If you need a bike then Scotty Browns Bike Emporium is the place to go!
Snapped my frame doing sounds to sounds, and these guys were able to source a new bike, get it set up, transfer all my gadgets and send me on the way in less then 24hrs. Nothing short or amazing, great talking to knowledgable staff, that are happy to go the extra mile, to make sure everything is right.
