On December 2, 2021, their lawyer double charged me from my bank. She refused to refund one of the transactions even after my bank confirmed the duplicate transactions. Finally, when I disputed through my bank, she dropped my case for "no pay" although she still had one of the payments. Later, when I switched to a new lawyer and asked them to transfer my file, they responded "out of office for a month and will send my file upon return." Where is their ethical responsibility?? Very unprofessional attorney! She only makes contact with you to collect money once she has it she goes ghost. I paid Glendia $6,350.00 to handle an immigration matter. She told me charges a flat fee of $6,000 but once she got the 6,000 she requested an additional $350.00 for filing fees! She told me if I didn't pay the extra 350.00 she would withdraw from my case. I been trying to get an answer and unfortunately I haven’t heard anything from the lawyer. Really upset because I had sent emails and make couple phone calls and no one answer.

This Law firm is a scam and we are going to report and sue them
