I just finished this 8 week MBSR course and I am so fortunate to be taught by Paul. Paul was an excellent instructor and created a safe and welcoming space. He makes it so easy to understand for beginners. I cannot recommend this course enough for those who are looking to build a mindfulness practice. Thank you Paul!
I took the 8-week MBSR course and I really enjoyed it! I feel like I didn’t have too much stress in my life to begin with, but it was amazing to see the changes in some of my classmates! Many took the course because of severe anxiety or stress or other similar head-spaces. At the end, so many reported that the course worked!
