We visited Colleen to help our picky eating son to open himself up to try new foods. She was prepared with a clear plan with many helpful tips and ideas to help our 8 year old son on his journey. After each session, our son was very relaxed and in a great mood and he was very comfortable with Colleen! We are now in the process of trying to utilize our new knowledge into everyday practice! When I went thru surgery I called Scottsdale Hypnosis to help me thru. Doing this Virtually worked great and gave me a strong sense of support and gave me a better attitude about recovery. It was very helpful as I recovered and I used Colleen to do this work. Colleen is a master and I would go to her when I truly needed a shift in my thinking. She is the best there is!
