If there were zero stars I would given them that! It is a scammy and fraudulent business! Do not buy a package or anything from them! I spent over $2000 on a microneedling and hydrofacial package, and had my appointments rescheduled or canceled every single time. After a lot of stress and hours spent on useless communication, they started ghosting me. The esthetician who sold me the package and was originally the one I was seeing, left the spa, and there is no contact person or customer support.

A very very very bad customer service. Such a waste of money. Very very extremely bad customer handling manners. I have never encountered such service in any of the med spas as I have in theirs. I would not recommend anyone I mean no one to visit that spa. There is no management and employees are so loud conversing with each other loudly. I should left spa with a relax mind but it just ruined my whole day with such a bad headache. I took advantage of an offer and scheduled an appointment for microneedling. They rebooked my appointment 3 times. At this point, I would not trust a place that does not take their clients seriously. I would go somewhere else if you really want something done when you need it to get done.
