Thank you for reaching out to me Brandon and making it right. I really appreciate you for turning it around. I do feel better about my experience . I drove from Camp Verde because of the great reviews and what this shop advertises, and honestly I left extremely disappointed. First time ever dealing with silver and I couldn’t have picked a better shop. I brought in two half troy ounce silver rounds I wasn’t sure about. Both had “COPY” stamped on the back, so I honestly didn’t know if I had anything real. Bryan helped me out and was awesome. Instead of just making an offer, he took the time to explain what I had, ran them through his laser tester right in front of me to verify they were pure silver, and taught me a bit about how the silver market works while we talked. I had a fantastic experience at Scottsdale Coin Shop. From the moment I walked in, I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire transaction. Any time I didn’t fully understand something, Brandon took the time to explain it clearly and educate me — no rush, no pressure, just genuine help.
