Well… this wasn’t exactly a vacation I planned, but I gotta leave an honest review. Got arrested and the officer transporting me was actually super chill. 10/10 customer service during the Uber ride I definitely didn’t order. He even told me Scottsdale has a nice jail, which honestly set the expectations pretty high. Booking process? Surprisingly efficient. I walked in, got the full VIP package, complimentary photoshoot AND fingerprints included (free of charge, which is rare these days). Staff moved things along fast too. I... read more

2/5 stars. No room service. No blankets or pillows. Terrible customer service. They did have A/C though, and the toilet paper was ok. Still, would not recommend to anyone.
