I've been in several times, often for small bits and pieces when I'm doing my own servicing. They could not be more helpful and pleasant. Latest experience was when I needed a new mechanical shifter. Amazingly, they had it in stock and are doing the fitting as I write. I absolutely and unequivocally recommend these guys. There is another bike shop a little closer to me, but the difference in attitude is like night and day.
Came in for a flat and chain replacement. The guys are really friendly and did a great job. Even bought me a coffee next door. Will definitely be buying my next bike here
I generally favor businesses on how they make me feel. A genuine hello and a heartfelt smile go a long ways in earning my business. There are smiles in this business from the front of the store to the back. And from the beautiful work they did on my Specialized Athos, I dropped off another bike, with still more to go as I own 5 bikes. I got 2 tires, chain, cassette, brakes, a tune up and they thoroughly cleaned my bike beyond my expectations. Patrick, Basil, Jaden and Todd - Thanks for the Great Service!!
Very great customer service. They have an extremely genuine and positive demeanor. The staff always helps me feel educated and knowledgeable on decisions made for either bike repair or purchase. Feels good to have a bike shop that truly feels "Local" and can ask away at any bike related questions and they sure go above and beyond to help. Keep up the great work!
