I love days when I have an acupuncture session! So far, I've had 4 treatments and I've definitely started to notice an overall difference in my mental health, especially the day of a treatment. Dr. Jodine Wamsley helps me feel comfortable during my sessions and has such a kind and warm energy. I'm excited to have found her practice and plan to incorporate acupuncture into my wellness routine/self-care practice long term!
I have severe Stenosis which is a pinched nerve in my lower back. I have tried many things so limited success. Jodine has put positive energy back in my recovery and I am seeing some good results.
