my friend went to this boutique to get eyelash extensions. she paid $175 and the workers told her they would last for 2 weeks. her so called "extensions" began to fall out the 2nd day of having them, and all of them were out by the 3rd day. great quality! NOT. she deserves a full refund. total rip off. I can't believe this was so poorly executed for the unbelievable cost that she paid. her (and everybody she has told about it) will never be going there again!
I have been a client at Scotts Valley Spa for many years! The services are fabulous and more importantly each member of the staff is expert at what they do and make you feel like you are the only client they have during your service. Don't miss out on a great Spa experience, whether it is a massage, facial, tan, manicure, pedicure or any of the other great services they offer.
And what nice people. I have tried many different spas in the Scotts Valley and San Jose are, and have always been pleases with the great service there. I've used them for nails and waxing so far, but they also have massage and body treatments. Cloe, the women who has been doing my nails for several years now is the ONLY person I've ever found that can do my nails right, so they don't break.
