Went there to have someone look at my wife's ring to maybe fix it for mothers day. Met with owner himself (very rare these days) he took one look at it fixed it on the spot! Cannot say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. How refreshing in today's world to have that type of customer service. I am very proud that they are family owned and local.

Scott Ripped me off! sold kilo bars(31.15oz) for -$1.00 under spot when they buy 100 oz bar for spot. Really???

I took a pair of expensive gold diamond earrings in (bought for $900) and the women with brown hair sitting behind the desk was asked to observe them for a price. She barely looked at them and said, "$50 and the price of gold." I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and kindness that she gave to me as a customer. I definitely will not be recommending them to my friends!

Took my nine year old daughter there to look at coin proffered and or dollars that are proffs. She been asking to go for some time .I was ready to start her up on her collection. We went to scotts and his wife did not act professional at all . She gave us a hard time when ever we asks to see something. As if we were bothering her. So sad. Would not recommend to any collecter.i will take her for now on to lansing or grand rapids.some people should not work with the public.shes one of them.
