This is the 2nd time someone in my family has bought furniture from this store, and we had another amazing experience. Jackie asked what I was looking for, knew exactly where to direct me, and was knowledgeable about the pieces she pointed to. I like that you can get custom upholstery for most pieces, and they offer a reasonably priced lifetime warranty - combined with the sale at the time, it was essentially free. What started off as a slow warranty claim ended up being a great experience. Katie really took care of us when we found out the fabric on our current couch had been discontinued. Scott's offered us an even swap for the same couch or a replacement of equal value, which we really appreciated. I’m especially pleased with how well Scott’s handled the warranty after the couch manufacturer initially tried to dismiss the issues as normal wear and tear—even though the problems started shortly after purchase.
