I have known the three generations of ownership at Scotts Bikes, and they Have always been absolutely fantastic at customer service. I mentor a number of business people and I use Scotts Bikes as an example of how to do things right when it comes to customer service. They are second to none and will never disappoint. They don’t just sell you a bike, they take the time to understand your needs and desires and come up with the best product to make you a happy customer.
