Stay away from this car rental company. 250000 km on the clock, doors would not close properly. No after hours shuttle to Christchurch airport. Overall a rip-off. Insurance charged was worth more than the car itself. Never coming back

Rented a car last fall. Really bad costumers service. When i tried to return the car the office was closed. Try to call the number many times and no answer. They asked me to drop the car at a random spot. Almost miss my flight. Worth to pay a little more somewhere else and get a good service.

We booked a Kuga 2/3 bed campervan indirectly through RatPack Travel so can't comment much on the booking process, but pick up was easy and the guy was friendly and helpful. The van was nice, clean and perfect for what we needed to get us around Northland for 9 days. The were 3 of us for part of the trip, there was enough storage space and beds are easily put out and away again. Having the porta potty allowed us to freedom camp when we wanted. All round excellent service. RAV4 worked flawlessly, check in and check out with shuttle to airport smooth as silk. Appreciated the demonstration of snow chains installation - thanks Queenstown team.
