Excellent service! Me Scotti was professional, friendly, and very efficient. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
If I could put 0 stars I would. She was cold, degrading and it was a horrible experience selling my home. Since it was the buyer's choice, I had to deal with her.
Avoid - unprofessional, didn’t even advise on the fees that we were going to be charged as she is the notary of the buyer, we just received the bills without knowing that she was also working for us

Excellent service! She was very patient with me despite the numerous problems that my buyer was causing me. Real lifesaver!! Me Scotti took the time to explain all the documents that she prepared for me. 10/10 would recommend!
