I bought a condo three years ago and sold it this June. Both times, Scott Umstead was my attorney. The professionalism, consideration, and courtesy of Mr. Umstead and his team were much appreciated. Each person's role was explained to me and the process to completion was clearly defined. And, I was grateful that my dog and cat could be in the office with me instead of in my car!
