Got a rate confirmation from Scott Transportation to transport a vehicle for them. I drove 2 hours to pick it up, but upon pick up was told it was already picked up last week. Tried every possible extension to get ahold of someone and email as well and no response from Scott Transportation. So I ended up wasting my time and my fuel for nothing! And still haven’t heard from them the next day for an apology or anything like that! Such horrible service.

I was told my vehicle would arrive 11/5 in the morning. It is now 11/6 late afternoon and I have not heard from anyone or am I unable to contact anyone in the office as to where is my vehicle. It is costing me money to rent a vehicle in the mean time. This is really very unprofessional. This was a poor decision contracting with this company.

Scott Transportation was recommended by a friend and we are grateful they did! They were all around awesome! Car delivered on time and in great shape. Communication with Denise was five star. Happy to have found them. See you in the spring Scott Transportation. *****

Booked a vehicle to be transported on 9/8. Talked to the dispatcher who said the vehicle would be picked up the end of that week and arrive early the next week. After the first arrival date had come, I called dispatch to get a status update and was told for the second time that it would be picked up the next day and arrive later that week.
