buyer beware!!! This man is a crook!! He was assigned guardian in my custody case and spoke with me one for 20 minutes then refused contact after that and testified in court saying a bunch of lies. Accepts payoffs without a doubt.
Mr. Smith is the farthest thing from a crook. He is a very caring and generous man and he is always willing to help people no matter what. He does pro-bono work more than any other attorney I know. I have never heard his wife talk for him and Melissa is out of this world, very polite and knowledgeable. This is what happened to me when I called Scott Smith's office to see what he could do to help our friend in jail. First off, his wife speaks for him and lied to me and my family about what he would do for our friend Cisco. They took 5k in cash at my home without giving a receipt and without delivering a signed notarized contract between the client, Cisco, attorney Scott Timothy Smith, and myself for collateral as promised for the 5k.
