Made an order in November, their 3 month wait time came to an end so we inquired about the item in January. Aimee Thomas said in writing “I’m going to refund your money until I know we can get it done” then closed our order without telling us. Mid April checked back in and I told her “im pretty upset the order was closed at all, can you fix this” her response was “we’re not gunna be able to move past this” (no) sending my emails to Bbb as this was all in writing.
