I will NEVER use this firm again!!! They've had my Tax Documents for more than 3.5 weeks and they are still NOT done. Forget it -- my suggestion is to find a small firm with higher customer service values. I am only at this firm since they purchased the Accounts from my previous accountant who sadly passed away.
