I got a confirmed pickup to ship my Tesla from Cincinnati to Dallas with Brandi 2 days before my car was expected to get transported. Unfortunately the auto transport driver was extremely behind schedule and had problems with another vehicle prior to mine. This was our first time shipping our vehicle. We called several companies and we are so glad we went with Scott’s Auto Carrier! Scott’s Auto Carrier gave us the final price of transport during my first call to them. Other companies that I had called could only give me an estimate. All communications with the staff were helpful and professional. The driver who transported our vehicle kept in contact with us throughout transport and was professional also.
