good service, no damages. One thing, the timing of pick up and delivery was off by 4-5 hours. So for those who have stirct working hours, this is one thing to be mindful of. Otherwise, the overall service, price is very good. Highly recommend!

A mixture of poor communication and minor vehicle damage have me leaving this review. The car did get here quickly and the damage was limited to the plastic skid plate. Scotts contracted with a company listed as permanently closed out of Pigeon Forge who contacted my 70 year old parents via text two days before they were supposed to arrive that they wanted to pick up early resulting in a bit of stress. I second what a lot of people are saying in the comments, which is this is a great broker. I also had two ladies in Southern accents treated me with the patient and friendly guidance through this stressful process. Did have some hiccups with communication with the driver being 8 hours late, but the driver then was incredibly communicative and my car got from Arizona to California safe and sound.
