The woman who works the front desk is one of the most disrespectful people I have encountered. I have witnessed her disrespect clients and myself. I wanted to continue going here as my therapist was a good one. Today, I was given 45 mins notice before my 1030 appointment, that my appointment was going to be cancelled as my therapist called in sick. People get sick, but the time I was alerted was inconsiderate. I will be looking for a more reliable, and respectful place to receive treatments.
I’ve seen quite a few Rmt’s over the years and Jenny is by far my fav. I now Live in Abbotsford which makes it more difficult to get to her, but I’d drive days to see her. The chiropractor in the office (can’t remember his name) took me in on a whim one morning when i was was in a pinch and fixed my back. I was So grateful. Thank you for amazing service
