He lost the desire to be attorney, & it's become how many cases can he take. He was unprepared for court several times. He only talks to you when he's driving, otherwise he won't answer your questions. He's a very rude condescending attorney, & will challenge the client instead of the judge, & or prosecutor.
Scott was my divorce lawyer 20 years ago. In 2021 I looked into my ex’s pension for which I’d get half. Much to my amazement, Scott NEVER filed the QDRO to the courts! I almost didn’t get anything. To his credit, he did file it when I called at that time. However, my ex went to draw from his pension March 2025 only to discover the QDRO was filed wrong and would need to be amended and filed in court again. UGH!
