They are unprofessional and dishonest. That's above simply not doing their job correctly. They took over 3 months to file my taxes. When doing so, they failed to file the necessary extension which was discussed in our very first conversation. Once the taxes were filed, they incorrectly told me that I had fully paid my taxes. Further, they told me that I had actually overpaid. I later received a letter from the IRS stating that I had a balance due (which was obviously the first I was hearing of this) and a penalty for not fil... read more
