We used Scott Magder in the past and he was great! We needed a lawyer again and thought to use Mr. Magder but when we called the lady I spoke to was the rudest person ever. Zero customer service skills. She made sure I knew that she was a receptionist and that he had his own secretary and told me to email Mr. Magder for information including prices. She went on to say that she only does what she needs to do as per her role as receptionist. Who says this? Sorry but this legal establishment needs to get someone else to answer ... read more
