Very horrible, we bought our brand new home in Cape Coral Florida Scott Ketchum LTD was the invester. No one has been out to touch up or fix anything since this home was purchased. July 2022 We are still missing a upper kitchen cabinet and a defective window in the bathroom needs to be replaced. Now the kitchen faucet is bad also. This lawyer will Not return our calls.
