Do not book loads with this broker. They trap carriers into booking loads with false information then once your truck is stuck they don't want to pay. It is a total waste with this broker.

Very dishonest company! Extremely rude brokers. We booked to power only loads back to back. The broker told us that we can use the trailer from the fist load. Now the cut almost half the rate from what we agreed and are trying to change the story. I should have read the reviews before booking the loads. When I called them multiple times, the hung up the phone. If you want to waste your time and work for free- book with FLS!

Looks like I should have read the reviews. Our experience with these company. I called about a load on Wednesday talk to Jared McGrath a logistics coordinator. Was told info on load. I asked specific questions about the commodities. Was told it was paper rolls. I ask what size? Was told small rolls. I asked because of my trailer specifications for weight. Then sent him pictures on Wednesday previous damage that was done by another shipper if that was ok. He said it was fine. I arrived on Thursday morning to an address. That ... read more
