Worst experience I have ever had. I paid for my sons glasses. Waited almost three weeks for them to come in. I went to pick them up and the woman wouldn't give them to me because he wasn't there to try them on. I explained that I needed them now and if there was a problem I would be back in a few days. She said no. I told her I PAID FOR THEM. They weren't hers not to hand over. So I told her to keep them and I filed a dispute with my credit card company. What HORRIBLE customer service. I was extremely impressed with Dr Sedlacek and the exam I received. He has high tech testing equipment that was able to examine my eyes and analyze some of my unique problems. But he was able to simply show and explain to me how my eyes & eyesight are doing. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost, as I was expecting the exam to be much more expensive --- a great value. Liked it that I was able to reuse my frames for my sunglasses. Thanks, Dr S, Sandra, & Stefanie
