Sickening loss of $$ due to Scott's representation. Terrible attorney. Lacks follow up but is eager to demand retainers while the case drags out due to his failures. He never sent change of address information to opposing litigators, then charged for the delays. Lacks preparation and not proactive.

Was not impressed. Didn't listen to my request so he had to rewrite paperwork requested, twice, and he charged for it. Also forgot to notarize one page, so wasted trip to the court house. I feel I also was charged for time in his office with personal conversation. Would not recommend.

Dont waste your money or time on this lawyer. He will send an email or two if you’re lucky. He plans nothing out, morning of will ask the client what we are supposed to do! Isn’t that what you’re getting paid for? He doesn’t care about what happens to you. Just wants his money.

So needless to say today I was in desperate need of an attorney and this was the final door I walked into …. This man had other obligations and took his time to sit us down and not only give us a since of security however he even stepped in at the last minute ! He is incredibly humble and kind so are the other 2 gentleman in his office who helped us out as well. I highly recommend this attorney to ANYONE who is in need he will move mountains for his clients !
