Too bad I don't have zero to offer as a score. Don't bother to call them I don't have time for anyone. They didn't even fully read my thing and automatically referred me to Adult Protective Services, something that I've already done. Even a plumber or an electrician would look at your situation before they said they're not able to help. Pleasant experience in regards to contact with Diane she was prompt in answering her email and helping me with the info I needed. The receptionist also was very nice. Locating the office was a little tricky. The door is tucked away off East Water Street but close to the parking garage. He gave me parking garage voucher so I didn't have to pay for parking:)
Currently being ghosted by one of their partners, Neal Walters, who has not seen fit to meaningfully respond to any of my emails regarding his client despite my having been directed to him explicitly for the purposes of communication and resolving any outstanding issues with his client. The one email I received from Mr. Walters was slapdash and rife with spelling and grammar errors and failed to address anything substantive.
